AN ADULT PSYCHIATRIC INPATIENT AND PARTIAL HOSPITAL PROGRAM
The Behavioral Center of Michigan (BCOM) is a 42-bed psychiatric
care facility located in Warren, Michigan. The entire staff at the
BCOM is dedicated to high standards of personal care for adults 18
years and older suffering from acute psychiatric conditions.
The Behavioral Center of Michigan delivers assessments and
services 24-hours per day, 7-days per week to help individuals
integrate themselves back into their everyday life routine. The
BCOM offers the following range of programs designed to suit the
specific needs of each patient.

These programs are led by a staff of psychiatrists, consulting
physicians, doctors of psychology, registered nurses, licensed
practical nurses, social workers, activity therapists, mental
health technicians, and other necessary support staff members.
This team works together closely to provide professional,
compassionate treatment to each person admitted to the hospital.
At the BCOM, an individualized treatment plan is created based on
the specific needs of each patient. The staff also begins a
discharge summary the first day of a patient’s stay to ensure a
smooth transition to the next level of care, whether it is
partial-day treatment or outpatient therapy.
Patients receiving treatment at the BCOM are provided high levels
of personal safety and granted full respect to their privacy.
